SF double-walled oil tanks are environmentally friendly, leak-proof containers used to store fuel (such as gasoline and diesel) or other chemical liquids. They mainly consist of a steel inner tank + a fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) outer tank or a full steel double-walled structure, with a leak detection interlayer in between. Key features and applications are as follows:
Core Structure
Inner layer: Carbon steel or stainless steel, used for direct liquid storage.
Outer layer: Usually fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) or steel shell, providing corrosion and mechanical protection.
Interlayer gap: Approximately 3~10mm, filled with inert material or vacuum design, equipped with a 24-hour leak monitoring system (such as sensors or manual inspection wells).
