Product Overview
Our company can produce various process pipelines with diameters below 4500mm, and with properties such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, and high-temperature resistance. The design rigidity is customizable. The entire winding process is completed by a microcomputer numerically controlled integrated winding molding process, featuring aesthetic lines, high precision, and convenient operation.
Product Features
Corrosion Resistance: In complex and diverse environments, different corrosion-resistant pipelines can be selected according to the requirements of the medium.
Pressure Resistance: Pipelines and pipe fittings are designed and manufactured according to the required process pressure, and pressure tests are conducted at 1.5 times the required process pressure. They are resistant to low temperatures of -70℃ and high temperatures of 250℃.
Excellent Insulation and Flame Retardant Properties: Excellent insulation properties, after modification, can eliminate static electricity, and have good self-extinguishing, flame-retardant, and fire-resistant properties.
Various Colors: Good transparency, after modification, it can present a variety of colors.
Good Insulation Performance: After modification, it can improve high thermal conductivity.
